His people-centered, advisor-first approach shaped tailored solutions and drove measurable growth for clients.

Charlie also brings corporate experience in merchandising with AutoZone, where he managed multiple leading product categories. That operational background in pricing, inventory, and cross-functional collaboration shapes the practical, results-oriented perspective he brings to leadership and organizational development.

A lifelong Memphian, Charlie is passionate about investing in leaders, organizations, and the city that shaped him. He believes that faith, attitude, and service are the foundation of meaningful work and strives to bring energy, intentionality, and creativity to every client relationship.

Howard has 40 years as an entrepreneur and executive leader — working as a catalyst for transformational change and dynamic growth for every organization he serves.

Howard’s wide range of experience includes start ups in marketing and technology, financial services as an Executive Vice President with First Horizon, and President of Performance Media with Wunderman / WPP.

He is a leader in the faith community of Memphis serving as a volunteer and board member for a diverse set of ministries across the city.

In 2020, Howard started The Center - Memphis to help leaders grow professionally and spiritually. The Center offers executive coaching, career guidance, and gift assessments that allow people to find more purpose, meaning, and joy in their work.

Howard loves to help people, organizations, and communities achieve their highest potential. He is a natural connector of people and opportunities.

With a background in counseling, Brittany finds genuine joy in supporting and caring for others. She previously worked in higher education, guiding college students as they navigated their academic and career paths. Known for her unique blend of encouragement and efficiency, Brittany brings both heart and structure to every project she touches. She has a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others thrive—whether it’s offering thoughtful support, staying organized behind the scenes, or driving initiatives across the finish line. Brittany is deeply committed to turning plans into meaningful results and doing it all with Kingdom impact in mind.
